Quibble: 1965, I believe, not 1966. These are 1.5 liter cars. 1966 was the first year of the 3.0 formula. A quick Wiki check says that Dan Gurney's race number was 12 (Brabham-Climax) and Graham Hill's was 30 (BRM) in 1965. The aesthetic point, I get.
