Niki Lauda and Junior Z

After the Run out East, I was lucky enough to find these two Alfas together at sunset by the harbor in Montauk. Both cars belong to members of the NY Alfa Owners Club. The Spider is a Niki Lauda edition, and the Junior Z is freshly restored in a lovely Le Mans Blue! Click HERE for the full gallery!

Is that Fred Frey's Jr. Z? Looks very nice. His attention to detail on his restored cars is exceptional.

Yep that's his car. He did a gorgeous job with it. He got the car in Europe and was actually present at the Alfa 100th celebration in Milano 2 years ago before he brought the car back here and restored it to its current glory!

What is the number on the dash plaque of your Niki ?
I like to see where the numbers end up.

Both are quite beautiful, thanks for sharing your photos

I owned a 1976/77 Mario Andretti edition Alfetta GT-front splitter, small rear splitter, Konis, red carpet, dash plaque. As I recall they made 150 of them to celebrate the T33 World Championship of Makes car that Mario drove. I don't recall if the Lauda edition was anything more than cosmetic changes.
